At Nugget Markets, we understand that shopping while accommodating a special dietary need can be challenging and even frustrating. We have created a variety of resources that contain helpful information to make diet management a little bit easier. On this page you will find product lists for several common special diets and specialty products. There are also brochures available at each store’s Guest Service Desk with more information and resources for common dietary needs.
How do I know a product is safe for my diet?
Nugget Markets provides product lists, available at the Guest Service Desk or via the links to the right, that identify the diet-safe foods in our stores. However, please remember that it is still important to read the labels, as ingredients and manufacturers can change.
